Flight Medicine

The Flight Medicine Clinic is located on the first floor near the pharmacy. We provide primary care services to aircrew, air traffic controllers, special duty operators, security forces, and firefighters, and offer acute, routine, and wellness examinations. 
Other provided services include flight physicals, occupational health exams, and pre-employment physicals. 
For acute, routine, and wellness visits, book online using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

To check your Individual Medical Readiness status, complete your PHAQ, or to submit medical clearances, please visit the IMR website. 
For medical clearance questions and inquiries, our walk-in hours are 1-3 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
