We provide primary care services to aircrew, air traffic controllers, special duty operators, and firefighters, and offer acute, routine, and wellness examinations.

Our mission is to deliver world-class medical care, enhance operational readiness, and ensure the health and safety of our patients through expert flight and occupational medicine services, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and mission-focused support.
We offer a full spectrum of services, including acute care, routine care, flight physicals, occupational health exams, and pre-employment physicals. A core focus of our clinic is promoting health maintenance and preventive medical services to ensure long-term well-being.
For your convenience, we also provide daily walk-in services between 7:30 a.m and 8 a.m for Return to Fly Status for our air crew.

- To check your Individual Medical Readiness status, complete your PHAQ, or to submit medical clearances, please visit the IMR website.
- For medical clearance questions and inquiries, our walk-in hours are 1-3 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
