Who We Serve 

The Sabal Park Clinic offers care to enrolled beneficiaries and retirees in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, and Immunizations. The Sabal Park facility also offers laboratory, basic radiology, and limited pharmacy services.
