Who We Serve 

The Sabal Park Clinic offers care to enrolled beneficiaries and retirees in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Immunizations. The Sabal Park facility also offers walk-in laboratory, basic radiology, and limited pharmacy services. 

Mission 

Our mission is to deliver high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to enrolled beneficiaries and retirees. We offer a full spectrum of services, including adult and pediatric general medicine, expert management of acute and chronic conditions, minor surgical procedures, and routine physicals. A core focus of our clinic is promoting health maintenance and preventative medical services to ensure long-term well-being. For your convenience, we also provide daily walk-in services between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m for specific needs: pregnancy tests, Depo-Provera injections, dysuria, and sore throat. 

Helpful Tip  

To activate prescriptions, have labs drawn, or check in to radiology and immunizations please check-in at the kiosk, and then have a seat in the lobby to be called to a window.
