Who We Serve
The Physical Therapy Clinic is currently open to active duty beneficiaries with a referral from your primary care manager. Patients with a new injury (less than 30 days) can make an acute physical therapy appointment through the appointment line or the front desk if appropriate.
Mission
The PT Clinic provides evaluation and treatment for acute and chronic orthopedic, neuro/musculoskeletal conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Appointments
- Initial appointments are scheduled by the Referral Management Center at :813-827-CARE.
- All follow-up appointments are scheduled by the Physical Therapy staff.
What to Wear
Please wear proper clothing (i.e. gym shorts and t-shirts) for all scheduled appointments.
