We provide treatment of active duty patients for conditions relating to the head, neck, shoulder, chest, arms, upper back, mid-back, sacral area, soft tissue of the buttock region, legs including upper and lower, and feet. Our provider is also certified in treating active duty pregnant women. A referral from your primary care manager is required.
