Who We Serve 

The Referral Management Center serves TRICARE Prime beneficiaries empaneled to the 6th MDG, MacDill, and Sabal Park clinics. 

Mission 

RMC’s mission is to assist our TRICARE Prime enrollee population with receiving the appropriate specialty care services based on referrals obtained from their primary care manager. After a referral is entered from your PCM, please come to the RMC before leaving the 6th MDG. Sabal Park patients can call the RMC at 813-827-8989, option 3, and a member of the team will assist with booking an appointment or providing the necessary information to obtain care in the network.
