Warrior Medicine

The Warrior Medicine Clinic provides primary care services to active duty service members empaneled to this clinic. Services offered include routine physicals, management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive health examinations, and minor surgical procedures. To book an appointment or leave a message for the primary care manager team, patients are encouraged to use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, or they may call the appointment line at 813-828-2273. Members are also encouraged to utilize the MHS Nurse Advice Line at 800-TRICARE, option 1, to be triaged by a nurse for medical advice/recommendations, available 24/7. The Nurse Advice Line is  able to provide active duty service members with a sick slip for their chain of command.
